The National Policy and Advocacy Council on Homelessness is a grass roots anti-poverty organization. Our mission is to ensure that national homelessness policy accurately reflects the needs and experiences of local communities.

Our Southern Regional Office (NPACH-SRO), open in New Orleans since January 2004, is working to ensure that the rebuilding of the Gulf South is equitable and democratic. We've joined other national and local agencies on the critical issues of right to return, eviction prevention, and the reopening of public housing.
